Veterinarians Welfare Society became functional on 14th August 1988.The idea for the same sprouted in the minds of late Dr.G.Nirmalan and Dr K V Asokan,The all time great leaders of the Veterinary association Kerala It is registered (Reg. No. 360/88) under Travancore-Cochin Charitable Societies Act.
Any veterinarian in Government or quasi Government organization who have more than one year of service as on the date of application is eligible for membership
Admission On submissio n of application declaration and nomination and subsequent approval of the Governing Body of the Society.
Applications may be submitted to the Hon. Secretary at the Administrative Office.
