Dr. G. Nirmalan Trust Award 2019 Research Publications invited
The Veterinarians Welfare Society,Kerala (VWS),invite Research Publications for the Dr. G. Nirmalan Trust Award 2019.
1. The Dr. G. Nirmalan Trust award is given annually to the best research articles published in peer reviewed journals during a specified period.
2. The contestant(s) shall be a Veterinarian working in the state of Kerala/ native of Kerala and a member of Veterinarians Welfare Society, Kerala.
3. Research publications alone will be considered for the award. Review articles,Clinical articles and Short Communications will not be considered.
4. The publication shall be based on research work independently carried out by the
author(s), exclusively in an institution in India and should have relevance in Veterinary/ Animal Husbandry field.
5. The award shall be for articles published during the period 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2018
6. Author(s) may send one attested copy of relevant pages of the journal in which it is
published with the attested copy of the facing sheet of the journal.
7. Articles along with the covering letter addressed to THE SECRETARY, VETERINARIANS WELFARE SOCIETY (KERALA) shall be sent to

The covering letter must contain full mailing address of the corresponding author and phone number, including mobile number and email id.

The Veterinarians Welfare Society -Merit awards-2019 Applications invited
The Veterinarians’ Welfare Society, Kerala (VWS), invite applications from its
members for the “Merit Awards 2019”, for their children appeared for the following
examination during the academic year 2018-19.
1. S.S.L.C. /10th standard examination in the streams of Kerala State Syllabus,
CBSE Syllabus, ICSE Syllabus, where a Board Examination is conducted.
2. 12th Standard/+2 examination in streams of Kerala Syllabus/CBSE Syllabus,/ISC
Syllabus, where a Board Examination is conducted.The parents of the students, who must be a member of the Veterinarians’ Welfare
Society, Kerala shall apply for the award on behalf of their wards in the format given
below, along with a copy of the mark list of the relevant examination duly attested by a
Gazetted Officer. The award will be given to the Top Scorers in the said examinations
under each stream during the Annual General Body meeting of the Society.
The applications must reach the following address on or before 15th JULY 2019.
